Fawn Zakheim is a talented attorney with over a decade of transactional experience. Fawn oversees all Survey and Property description matters and is an integral part of our 1031 exchange team.

She is experienced in handling  both regional deals in New York & New Jersey as well as national deals all across the country.  Fawn’s attention to detail and broad knowledge of real estate matters are huge asset to Riverside and our clients.

A Graduate of Fordham Law School, Fawn worked at Freifeld Law before opening a solo practice specializing in Real estate transactions involving estates, probate and elder law. Mrs Zakheim is admitted to the state bars of New York and New Jersey
